Thur Jan XIV

Had a shower, then went to the restraunt for breakfast. Payed a visit to the Gift Shop. Packed bags. Long bus ride back to the airport. Went to a shopping centre for Lunch. Dad bough AMERICAN MONOPOLY. Back to the airport for a plane that was delayed 2 1/2 hrs.

Judging from my spelling, the jetlag was worse than I thought. I don’t remember much about this day apart from Dad buying the board game. It was the start of a collection which eventually ran to about half a dozen different national versions, before he decided that the variations had become too silly and moneygrabbing and sold them all. If you’ve never seen the board for this version, it looks like this
