My name is Richard. I am older than I think I am and nowhere near as mature as I should be by now. I live in England with my wife and young son. I work in an office. I’d like not to work in an office. I’d like to be a writer. Preferably about sports. I like sports. Or music. I like music too. These are my memories.

I love the simplicity in your writing.I’d like you to be a writer. But surely you are? Who defines what as a writer?
I’d like you never to stop writing. Your memories are a wonderful fascination.
Thank you for those kind comments. I don’t think I am likely to stop writing and I certainly hope that nothing stops me writing.
You will be sorry to hear that Ken Tedstone died last weekend aged 87, I believe. The funeral is on Thursday 4 April 2013 @ 3.45pm @ Oakley Wood.

David Whitlock (ex Telford School & Leamington CC)
That is dreadfully sad news. Thank you for letting me know.
